4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. Worldcupvault is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Sale items and limited releases are final sale unless defective.
6. Sizing & Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your monitor or device. Sizing guides are provided for guidance; we recommend reviewing measurements carefully before ordering. Slight variations in construction and fabric are normal for garment-dyed and cut-and-sew products.
